FAQ
Questions we get asked
Do you train at our site?
Yes. Most courses are taught at your location, and equipment courses use your own machines. If you have no equipment or space, STC can help set up a training site.
Do you offer virtual classes?
Yes. Virtual courses run live with an STC instructor. You need a device with a screen and a strong internet connection; compliance courses also need a camera and microphone. Manuals ship at least five days before the start date and are included in the price.
Do you have self-paced online courses?
Yes. STC runs an online store with self-paced courses, including a free Aerial Boom & Scissor Lift Pre-Shift Inspection course.
What is your cancellation policy?
STC needs five business days' notice before the course date. Without it, the full course fee is due. With notice and prepayment, you can move to the next available course or receive a full refund. STC may cancel a course for low enrollment.
