Safety Training & Consulting ("STC", "we") operates stcsafety.com from 10525 Browning Rd, Lithia, FL 33547.
What we collect
When you send a contact or training request, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, the training or service you need, dates, location, group size and your message. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax IDs or payment details through this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your request only to respond to you, schedule training or services, and keep records of the work we do for you. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle requests (for example, the form processor and email provider), and when the law requires it. Course rosters may be shared with the certifying body for a course, such as the American Heart Association or OSHA's Outreach Training Program, so students receive their cards.
How long we keep it
We keep request and training records as long as needed to serve you and to meet recordkeeping requirements, then delete them.
